So this is my 3rd time going here since I moved to Renton. The first 2 times I stopped in and ordered my pizza and I had a decent experience...didn’t take too long and the pizza was fairly good. Decided to call my order in today at 4pm and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I got there about 25 minutes later and there was one other customer in there besides me and one person making pizzas. He kept calling for help from the back, but the manager...I’m assuming was to busy talking about her weekend...and yes I heard their whole conversation even through the one person working called for her by name “Cheryl” about three times asking if someone can help with the register. He finally walked back there after finishing his pizza and asked for help...AGAIN The Manager said she couldn’t hear him...but once again I heard everything and maybe if she wasn’t talking about her weekend with other staff she’d hear her employee calling for help. Finally about 4 other employees emerged and started helping customers. And yes, my pizza still wasn’t ready. By then there was at least 7 other customers in the store. I try to always put myself in other people’s shoes and I can understand if you’re short staff or having a bad day, but this is clearly poor management and this one guy was the only one really working. After getting home I immediately went to the site and read the reviews and it’s obvious that other customers have been experiencing problems as well. I hope that the owner or upper management reads these posts and addresses some of the feedback with their manager and/or staff. Very disappointed with my experience and I will...
Read moreThis review comes from a man who LOVES Papa Murphy's, so keep that in mind. I am really disappointed in this Papa Murphy's and have given it a number of chances, but I'm afraid I won't be going back. This is by far the worst Papa Murphy's I've ever been to. The customer service is terrible. It feels as if there is no training at all at this location when it come to any aspect of working here. Every time i go in the (always different) cashier does not know how to properly ring up my order and has to ask for help. They prioritize answering the phone above customers present in the store. There is also really bad CROSS CONTAMINATION that goes unchecked here. Employees go from handling money to making pizzas without washing their hands often. Their prices vary quite a bit and are higher than any other Papa Murphy's ive been to. Over 16 dollars on a 2 topping large on 10 dollar Tuesdays?! They put half the pepperoni on their pizzas than other locations. I have had a number of times where whole slices had no sauce on them. Do yourself a favor and drive to the one on 108th, its...
Read moreOrdered over the phone because this store got rid of online ordering for some reason. They told me 15 min. I showed up 20 min later and there are 2 people ahead of me in line. The 2 employees working are both making pizzas. One employee asks the guy in front of me what hes getting and he says his order and she says shes on it and starts making his pizzas. She then asks me what I was getting and I said I called in an order, the other employee says yep, for Mike? I say yes and he says its ready. I ask if I can pay for it and get it and he says sure we just have to finish up with the 2 customers ahead of me. So 10 minutes later I get to pay for my pizza. Not sure why I called it in. I did however find another Papa Murphy's in kent only 5 min away from this one while I was on my phone waiting in line for my pizza. I think I'll just go...
