Came here for some birthday treats. Showed up pretty much right as they opened to avoid any lines. The shop is super cute and clean. Staff is friendly too! We got a small assortment of things. The ham and cheese croissant was very good, and the cheese danish was also very good. I wish there was a little more cheese in the cheese only danish. It felt like the pastry to cheese ratio was a little off, but I am a glutton for cheese so this may just be a me problem. The beignets are so pillowy soft and not sickly sweet, which is great. Looking forward to snacking on these pastries in the next couple days and coming back for more!

Absolutely incredible! Just a soft launch today but we got to try several things and all were perfectly delicious!! The ham and cheese and butter croissants were flaky and crunchy yet soft and perfect, best I’ve ever had. The pistachio gelato was super creamy and just the right sweetness. The raspberry macaroon had a smooth fresh raspberry center, and I can’t wait to try the apple turnover! Baked goods provided by Red Tea Room Catering right next door so they’ll continue to restock as they sell out. So happy to have food of this caliber in Fairwood! And right next door to Four Corners Merchants too!!

To all those GF peeps, if you're in the mood for some good pastries or cookies, this is a quaint little bakery that has delicious options. They do have more option on certain days, but when I went, I got a shortbread cookie and some macaroons. The cocnut macaroon had all the delights of eating a sweet cocnut. So good! It was my favorite!! Service was friendly and quick. It is a definite pick-up and go spot.

To all those GF peeps, if you're in the mood for some good pastries or cookies, this is a quaint little bakery that has delicious options. This place is exactly what the neighborhood needed. Amazing pastries - light, flaky, flavorful croissants and danishes. More experimental stuff - cookies, muffins, doughnuts, gets added regularly. Killer coffee and espresso.

My only feedback is I want more. 😀

At the time of this writing they are still on more limited opening hours, but seem to be expanding gradually! I may be impatient, but this does speak to a well-run, thoughtful business!

I also wish they sold their coffee beans! Delicious espresso, perfect with their pastries.

The ambiance is excellent considering their shopping center/strip mall location, but if they could add a window or outdoor table, that would elevate the space i think!

Anyhow - highly recommended. Get some pastries and coffee here. The world needs more...

This is the crown jewel of fairwood. Gelato with seasonal flavors that are a hit everytime, top notch locally roasted coffee, and pastries that are perfectly flakey and delicious in every way, everything is the highest quality and reasonably priced. The staff are always kind and even when the shop is busy have a smile and a kind word for every guest while they help with your order. Not a lot of seating but still wonderful place to sit and chat over pastry and coffees. I might be late to the game but WOW! This is an amazing addition to the Fairwood area. Today I ordered an assortment of things to-go. Everything was amazing. The apple turnover, buttery soft flakey layers of dough with the perfect amount of apple filling. The cheese danish, I felt had the perfect amount of cheese with a perfectly cooked danish. For me the star of the show was the beignet. These perfectly sized, pillowy, fruit filled, powder sugar coated delights made my day.

The staff was super friendly and helpful when deciding what to try. The shop is small but inviting. I suggest trying these pastries as soon as possible. I know I will be seeing...
