Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Washington

This review has nothing to do with the quality of product, and everything to do with training and competence. We ordered a caesar salad with our pizza and I sent my 11 year old in to pick up the order. We get the order home, and the salad contains no dressing or croutons. When I called the store, the manager on duty asks if I would like to come back to pick up the dressing. I didn't feel like driving all the way back to the location just to grab the dressing, but I asked him why in the world they wouldnt include croutons and dressing with our salad. He informed me that 90% of his customers don't want dressing with their salad, because they have dressing at home. Same thing with croutons? We all know that at least half the cost of a salad is in the dressing, as a bunch of romaine lettuce is hardly very expensive. When I pointed out ridiculous that seems, he assured me that it was true. His recommended solution to the problem?

Hey buddy (yeah he called me buddy, instant Red Line), next time I'll give you an extra Caesar dressing.

Why in the world would I want twice as much Caesar dressing for my next salad and none today?

Well sir I don't know what it is you want me to do.

I wish I was making this up or exaggerating, but I'm not. Finally he suggest a $3 off coupon for my next visit, I said I don't think I should have to pay for a $5 salad that doesn't come with dressing. He wrote me down in the book for a free salad on my next visit. My question to you guys out there is would you ever order a salad and expect it or request it not to come with dressing or croutons? Especially a caesar, which amounts to a pile of romaine with some fake parmesan sprinkled atop.

Oh, and my receipt said pepperoni and sausage, I ordered pepperoni and sausage, and I just got pepperoni. Pretty sure I got the manager when I ordered the pizza too. Nice...

This used to be one of the best Papa Murphy's in Vancouver Washington. I do not know what's been going on lately but I will not be returning. I purchased two original crusted pizzas, they were thin crust with barely any sauce on them, and I when I say barely any sauce I couldn't even taste any sauce. I was checking to see if they even put some. They were out of breadsticks. How are you out of breadsticks? I'm all for giving people a second chance and this was their second chance. The last time I purchased pizza here they were so disorganized that they couldn't even find my pizza order. Took them 10 minutes before they found it. I purchased online for the convenience being able to come in and grab my pizza and leave that has not been the case the last two times. I think I will go to another one...

I ordered my usual pizza and got home and found that they had made it wrong. When I called, they offered me 25% off of my next order... I said I just want what I ordered so they made me pack up my wrong pizza and take it back. That's fine but when I got there, they verified that they made it wrong and said I would only have to pay half off to replace it after they took it. Jesika was very rude and demanded that I pay for a pizza that I had already paid for.... they made a mistake, made me drive back so they could take the pizza and charge me to fix it. In what world would anyone do that???? All I wanted was what I paid for and they treated me like a criminal. Amazing horrible treatment of a formerly...
