I've been to two other T4 places in Clackamas and Portland. This might be the best one yet! We always see the guy who works here in a good mood, and he does a good job at maintaining the place! The layout of the place was really cool and felt welcoming when we walked in. The basil chicken is soo good. The seasoning is really delicious, and my family liked it very much. This shop offers sweat and sour sauce and chili powder to add on to the basil chicken or calimari. It's a pretty big game changer, and I always end up refilling my little sauce cup lol. I do feel like the calimari was alright, the size was a bit big had about the same taste as the chicken, just a different texture. Overall amazing place to go to, bit pricey nowadays, but tastes amazing.

We've been coming here for a few months and love it. The prices are good, and the drinks are great! Some of the best Boba Tea around! The seasonal happy hour lured us in originally, but even without, it's still affordable as a treat! I love the Taro Milk Tea with rainbow jellies (light ice), and my husband loves the Grapefruit Royal Tea with rainbow jellies. The atmosphere is great, and the service is fast and accurate.

I know there's quite a few boba shops in the area, but T4 is quickly becoming one of my favorites! After being in a few times, I feel like I've now gotten a good feel for the place. The staff is always so incredibly sweet and personable, no matter who's working. They're seriously all the best! The prices are fair and if you go during happy hour (3-6pm) it's a STEAL! My drink always comes out fast, and it hits every time. So far I recommend their roasted oolong milk tea and lychee black tea! They also have some fun snacks, but I haven't had a chance to try any yet. The only downside is that the atmosphere lacks a bit. There's maybe 5-6 chairs that face a wall, so they're really best used for waiting and not so much for lengthy conversation. I'm a grab-and-go person though, so this doesn't affect my experience at all, just something to note! Definitely stop in and give them a try, I'll for sure be a repeat...

This location has a terrible time getting orders right. My kids and I have given them 3 chances. Out of the 12 drinks we ordered across our 3 visits, one drink was make close enough to say it was right. The rest have been horribly wrong. For example, my usual is Thai Milk Tea with no customization. One time they made it with 10% sugar, and the other 2 times they made it with 30% sugar. I asked them to fix the 10% and got 30%. They’ve also mixed up the sweetness settings on my kids drinks every time; one of them orders 30% and the other orders extra sweet and they always end up swapped and have to be remade.

We will not be coming back to this location. Would rather drive 30 miles to the Beaverton location to get what we order, or any of the many other tea...

Great flavors and boba. Loads of diversity in their drinks and menu. My favorite thing about T4 is their basil popcorn chicken, I normally drive to portland for T4 and rarely get it. Was so excited a location near me was opening. I had high expectations and they were met. Although the wait for food was quite long, that may be because there was only 3 people working. 1 in the front working drinks, 2 in the back making food. The Basil Popcorn chicken was delicious, spicy but yet flavorful of the seasonings, thick and chewy, flavor melting on your mouth. Delivery, they mixed up my order with someone else’s but it wasn’t a big deal since I got a refund. I reordered what I wanted right after I was refunded and they gave me delicious drinks and food. 10/10...
