Pizza Boli's — Restaurant in Washington

We ordered a half cheesesteak, honey barbecue wings, a garden salad, and garlic bread with cheese. It was ready in about 10 minutes and everything was excellent! We will definitely make this our go-to place. I can't wait to taste the other things on the menu.

The wings were crisp under the sauce. The cheesesteak was hearty without being sloppy or soggy from over saturating with condiments. The bread was soft and toasted with just enough herbs and cheese to make it tasty. The salad was also freshly prepared. They sent enough sauce to enjoy our food.

Unfortunately my husband witnessed the beligerance of another patron. So the biggest surprise is that the chef(s) manages to deliver food with love, despite being in an area where it's common to experience difficult customers. So thank you!

Side note: I pray for this business and all people in my community for healing from hardship, disenfranchisement, anger, resentment, abuse, poverty, neglect, trauma, fear, punishment, persecution, and misunderstanding. I pray for better days of mutual respect, prosperity, love, inclusion, and dedication to improving the issues of our people....

The store owner here is completely disrespectful. Pizza Bolis clearly just franchises their name to just anyone. They didn't deliver my food and then told me I wouldn't get my money back (paid online), but good thing I have a good bank whom understood my situation. Then the owner tried to tell me I was blacklisted because I told him if he sent my food out to make sure it was hot or give me a refund. The interesting thing about the situation is that this will be my first and my last time ordering from this ghetto, ratchet, rude, and unprofessional establishment. I was better off with Papa John's.

update I sent an email to corporate explaining the situation and the CEO called personally to apologize and immediately mediated the situation. I am completely satisfied with the outcome. Since I also received an apology from the manager of that store I am also changing my rating. Kudos to the CEO and his corporate staff for acknowledging his customers and making it his duty to empathize and express sincere gratitude. Perhaps the employees at the store should practice better customer...

I ordered pizza and wings today. I love Pizza Bolis but at this particular Pizza Bolis location on Naylor road they have very bad customer service ! I was placed on hold numerous times. It took him over 5 min to place a simple order. When my food arrived my order was wrong I wanted the 10.99 Large pizza special and they gave me a small . I paid 10.99 for a small pizza . I also asked for a Thin Crust which I did not get. My order was completey wrong except for the wings. I called back to Pizza Bolis and someone named Moe answered the phone I tried to explain to him what happend and he insisted that I said I wanted a small pizza. Moe was completey rude and hung up on me instead of trying to solve the problem. I will never order from this Pizza...
