All I will say is take cash - Do not use your cc/debit cards at the bars!!! I had a horrible experience with a bartender charging my card $421.13 for a cocktail. How a "mistake" like that occurs is beyond me. However, 90 days later I was finally refunded from my financial institution. The refund took so long because I didn't realize the club charged the amount until the next day (which they were closed and practically unavailable to reach) and I provided the merchant my card for payment, I did not qualify for automatic reimbursement and the bank had to conduct an investigation [90days]. Lost my phone at this club during an event and the staff could not have been less helpful in helping me identify the phone. Phone was pinging inside the club but nobody working the event or at the club could identify where it was. Tried emailing them for help (nobody answered) and tried calling them (went straight to voicemail) the next day. Not one person responded. Then found out the next day my phone had magically moved from the club to an undisclosed location in New York (was still pinged to my watch). Thank you for being useless at resolving a problem and not answering any of my emails, calls, or questions to staff to resolve...

They might have changed the venue name and layout, but the service is still uniquely terrible in exactly the same ways as the former Bliss nightclub. I came here for a show with multiple international headliners and this place was DEAD, I mean mad empty space. And in spite of that the bartenders tried to act mad busy helping maybe a couple people. Bartender did not know the names of the brands they carry and had the nerve to charge a MANDATORY 20 percent gratuity for popping the lid on a can for a ten dollar beer.
