Today we faced sloppy messy bad experience with the Starbucks store #715 at 5500 Connecticut Ave, NW, Washington, DC at 6:52AM, AUGUST 3, 2019
My son encouraged me to report my bad experience to you because my son and I faced bad customer service, bad attitude, and wrong drinks. I ordered double espresso but cashier processed single shot espresso. I received solo shot espresso instead of double espresso. I was silent passive and unhappy.
My son ordered Mango Dragonfruit drink with instructions: No water Mira was bully impulsive with my son when my son noticed bad wrong drink and tested it it was a TERRIBLE drink because Mira did not put dragonfruit slices, did not add mango and put a lot of ice and a lot of water. The drink tasted blank gross then he returned it back to the store # 715 by driving a car at 7:15AM dated August 3, 2019.
Mira, an employee of the store argued, shouted loudly, behaved impulsive and poked her finger at my son. We asked for a store manager and the store manager refused to come and we did not get any business card of the manager contact info. The store 715 employees did not apologize for their bad customer service and poor sloppy preparation with drinks. The Starbucks store employees # 715 do not love customers as neighbors listed it on a black list. Store employees #715 are sloppy with orders and a lack of accuracy with the drinks recipes. We regret to spend a lot of money $7.37 and we...
Read moreJust got off of the phone with corporate to report an experience here:
I ordered an iced coffee with coconut milk. Starbucks does not charge for milk alternatives in iced coffee, they do charge in espresso beverages. The barista rang it up charging me for the coconut milk. When I pointed that out he became confused and flustered. The store manager, standing next to him, started to laugh when I asked if the DM (district manager) didn't reinforce proper training. When they were making my iced coffee, they made it in the wrong order: they dumped a lot of coconut milk in (like twice as much as the recipe calls for) and then put the coffee in, followed by too much ice. This is what may lead to some inconsistencies in beverages. A Starbucks drink should taste exactly the same wherever you order it and whoever makes it. The above seems common in the DC area. And it makes me think it has to be the DM allowing stores to go rogue on training. Who is the DM? And what...
Read moreI went into this location this morning to find that the heat was on when it is 75 degrees outside. When me and a few other customers asked why one of the employees explained there was a mix up in the system and they can’t get it shut off. Meanwhile the employees are diligently working without complaining and literally drenched in sweat! Failing from their foreheads and soaking in their shirts! For those working closer to the opened door like Tayler and Julia they get absolutely no relief as the heat from outside is hitting them as well! I asked where the manager was, they stated that Mira wasn’t there. I certainly understand that as a business sales need to take place and the business needs to be ran but not at the expense of your employees safety! This location should have been and should be closed until this is resolved! It wasn’t even pleasant to be in there for 5 mins as a customer! I can not imagine and...
