Iām giving a Starbucks one star due to poor services. I went there today at 9:25 AM and got two caramel frappeās with extra caramel drizzle. Usually they put the caramel drizzle on the side of the cups, but there was literally nothing at all so when I got to the window, I asked them to remake one of them, which was my. Husbands drink cause he really likes the extra caramel drizzle. And I was really nice to them about it so when I handed her the cup and I forgot who was running the window at the drive-through, handing out the cups, but I know her name started with an M and she had short hair and glasses, she handed the drive through girl the cup and the drive-through girl rolled her eyes right in front of us and so I asked the other girl what her name was, and she refused to give me her name, which was so weird to me . I asked her so many times, and she just completely refused, which made me even more upset. I let her know that I go to the Starbucks every day and Iāve never had a problem with anybody until running into those two workers ! So I told her all right Iāll just come in. So I had to drive around and go inside and get her name. She said her name was Becca. But Iām hoping she wasnāt lying about what her name was because she was scared. I was going to report her. This was all because I asked for caramel drizzle and didnāt get it so I asked them to remake the drink.and they got all mad over it . I donāt like the feeling of being disrespected and all I know is Iām never coming back to this Starbucks because I really donāt want to run into those two workers . I was having a good morning until going there . Iām blown away that she refused to give me Beccaās name as well . I donāt like them . And I donāt like that you guys have someone who works there that gets mad every time somebody has to redo a drink , and Becca wasnāt even the one making...

This store has continued to offer mobile orders for "in store" pickup while locking their lobby doors and forcing drive thru. If walking, how would I get my order? And who puts in a mobile order just to wait in line at the drive through? When making the verbal complaint to a barista, the manger came and told us "not to yell at his barista" which we were not, we were mearly expressing our complaint and concern and having to speak over our loud large barking dogs(hence why we don't do drive tru). The manager proceeded to slam the drive thru window at us. I had made the exact same complaint a week prior to a batista with a promise a manager would call and one never did, and when we see one in person he slams the window shut on us. Absolutely...

My wife and I have been coming to this Starbucks since we moved just over a month ago, and they've already memorized our names, our favorite drinks, and what we like to get for breakfast. The service here is first-rate, everyone is welcomed when they walk through the door, and a great many customers are greeted by first name. There's a "Customer of the Month" on the wall, and you are absolutely made to feel like a friend when you're here.
