Food is awesome. Great 👍🏽 I gave one Star for Service because I ordered an Uber eats and they forgot my daiquiri and luckily the delivery person was nice enough to go back and get my drink. In the meantime while he was headed back to the store to get my drink, I called tigos a young lady answered the phone. She said thank you for calling tigos. Can you hold please? I said yes.. I was on hold from the time The man left until he came back with my drink, she never picked the phone back up. I ended up hanging up once he returned back with my drink, but I just felt like that was poor customer service and unacceptable. Let alone to not give my drink and I heard them say oh we forgot to give the drink to the three tacos with the daiquiri and the two shrimp tacos just unprofessional. I was on hold and heard the whole thing. Only reason I was calling to ask them if they had any daiquiris for sure but of course they had them because he ended up bringing mine back. I just felt like that was just tacky for her to leave me on hold and never come back and for the delivery driver to leave here go back and get my drink and she still never picked back up the phone. Sad.. Love...

Update: Go here for Taco Tuesday. I went last night for a quick dinner. They have huge $2 tacos that are so flavorful with well seasoned meat. The tacos are simple with cilantro and onion, topped with radish slices and cucumber.

The food is tasty and always serviced with a smile. I've been here for take out and the staff is always friendly. We've ordered from Tigo's a few times and just the other night for takeout. The chicken is delicious, has never disappointed. I usually get the half chicken w/ 2 sides (I usually get plantains and red beans); it's enough for at least a meal and a snack, if not two meals. Good value for money. Really love the sauces they give you and the service has always been direct and quick (we usually order carry out). The place itself isn't mind blowing, but easy to sit and enjoy their offerings.
