Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Washington

I have had two recent attempts to the washington nc location. The service was horrific to say the least. Two days ago I order the chicken bacon ranch fries and amoung other things and young lady at the drive thru was beyond distracted in conversation that she ignored the fact that she wasnt placing my phone for tap on the tap logo. She instead turned to me and said its not working. I checked to see if my card was locked and handed it back thinking maybe that was it. Nope card hadnt even been attempted the young lady then turned away from the window still with my phone in hand and began making a poker face at her staff while Im advising its not even failing , are you holding on the tap she looks back at me and re adjust and boom tap is cleared. Its sad that you have to walk staff through their own job. If the young lady would have made the client a priority in the first place she would have noticed phone wasnt over the tap function sad to say I reached out to the zaxby feedback team and was told a manager would reach out nothing yet. As a matter of fact went back today two days later for chicken bacon ranch fries yet again and this time drive through service was better. I check my food and there isnt but a crumb of bacon on chicken bacon ranch fries. I turn around and go in and the young lady that assisted me was the manger and I showed her the plate before stating my complaint and she responded was wrong with it ; Its chicken bacon ranch fries. She said thats how it comes with one strip of bacon. Mam where is the strip at ? Please show me, I asked for this order fresh and for the manager not to see it no wonder the expectation for the staff is at the all time low. I walked away and called hoping to reach the store manager only to learn he left at 5pm and that he was indeed there today but failed to follow up with clients sent to him by feedback team. Yea last time at this location. NASHVILLE AND ELIZABETH CITY LOCATIONS HAVE EXCELLENT SERVICE I SUGGEST...

So, the only reason I continue to go to Zaxbys in Washington, NC is because they are 1 of 2 places that have the coke freestyle machine. I literally go almost every single day for drinks from here by myself or with my husband when he gets off. work. Our daughter loves the cookies. Almost EVERY SINGLE TIME we order food, it's not right. I've had issues that management has fixed, and I am thankful for that, but I just don't understand. Today is a perfect example. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich combo with EXTRA lettuce and this is what we get. I Honestly don't mind paying for correct orders or extras, but this just reminded me to stop ordering food and only get our drinks until maybe someone else gets the machine.

I ordered on the app for carry out, arrived 15 minutes later & checked in letting them know I was there. After sitting for 15-20 minutes I went in to my food sitting on the counter with no other customers being waited on, a cashier standing in front having a conversation with someone & a manager who was young & acted like he was scared to tell the woman to do her job! No apology or anything but had the audacity to ask me where I parked like it’s not common sense to pull into a curbside spot & type what number by the instructions on the app. The people that work here are incompetent & lazy. The hot food was sat on top of my salad that wasn’t even closed making it soggy, almost $30 down the drain. I wish I could give ZERO stars because that’s what y’all deserve! This happened on...
