đŽ Taco Bell: Fast Food, Slow Service, and Management That Needs a Mirror đŽ âď¸
If youâre looking for a quick bite and a chill experience, this ainât the Taco Bell to pull into. The food is Taco Bell â you know what youâre signing up for. But what no one signs up for is the attitude problem wearing the title of General Manager.
The energy in this location? Hostile. From the second you step in, you can feel it â the stress, the tension, the way employees go silent the second a certain someone enters the room. Itâs the kind of atmosphere where nobodyâs smiling because theyâre afraid to breathe wrong. And itâs not the teamâs fault. Theyâre trying. You can tell. But itâs hard to deliver good service when the person in charge is running the place like a petty dictatorship.
The General Manager is clearly in over their head â barking orders, snapping at staff, ignoring guests, and generally giving off the vibe that theyâd rather be anywhere else. Spoiler alert: So would the customers.
Witnessed several interactions where guests were met with rudeness, eye rolls, or complete indifference. And when employees asked for help or clarification? They got a sigh and a walk-off. Thatâs not leadership â thatâs ego in a headset.
And letâs talk consistency. One day your burritoâs wrapped tight, next day itâs half-open and looks like it got stepped on. Ask for sauce? Hope the management hasnât scared the team so bad they forget how to bag properly.
⨠Bottom line? ⨠This location has a leadership issue, plain and simple. You can feel it. The staff is on edge. The food suffers. The guests feel unwelcome. There are plenty of Taco Bells out there doing it right. This one needs to check its reflection â and maybe corporate needs to...
Read moreIf there was a way to give no stars I would, but in order to express how awful this location is I had to leave one. They constantly make your food incorrectly, and have a disgusting attitude. Called this morning about incorrect food the manager proceeded to argue with me, and dig her fingers through my food no gloves to prove her point that the food was correct. When it wasn't not only was it not correct it was not properly marked. She then got a attitude and claimed I was making a big deal of something I could have picked off. Clearly we don't understand how serious food allergies are, and I attempted to explain that...at which point I was told I was being "witchy" (B).I wasn't I just wanted what I paid for correct. I then asked for a corporate number and was told good luck finding it. The manager at this location that was there at 1120 is clearly under qualified to do anything there. With that attitude thats probably exactly why she is...
Read moreI ordered $62 worth of food. They forgot ONE item. A cheese quesadilla with extra cheese. I wasn't upset at all. I was grateful it was only one item. I went immediately inside, with my receipt, and let them know. They start arguing over it in the back about who forgot it. Then they tell me they don't believe me. I tell them I have the bag in my vehicle still. They tell me they need to go through it to make sure I'm not lying. Now why would I spend $62 just to try and steal a less than $4 quesadilla??? At this point I'm angry so I sent my husband inside with the food. Where he was greeted by disrespect, snickering, and rude comments. Especially a girl named Payton. She was so rude my husband made sure to get her name. Absolutely insane. I wasn't even upset my food was forgotten. I said that. I'm upset i was treated so badly and made out to be a liar and thief. In the end, we got our quesadilla. Because we...
