I have to be honest. The speed of service has to speed up here! The average weight time per customer being 20+ min is not sustainable. I know you guys are trying but I just witnessed it taking 10 min to put lettuce on two gyros. There is zero urgency. When I come in some times I am the only one in line and it still takes 20 min. Another note, if you are open at 11 you need to be ready to serve food. If I watch all the prep work until 11:30 or later just to get a gyro, that is not working. The amount of people I talk to about this, even while there, they all complain about not being able to come back during a lunch hour. I have tried to come a least once a week. The food is good but food quality only goes so far. Please work on your urgency to fulfill orders. I am just not sure I can keep coming in when I know I will be frustrated with...

Not many condiments for the food. After 15 mins of waiting to get someone to take our order we finally did. Not busy. While waiting , observed employee carving meat off the rotisserie and putting into a warming dish. Ultimate no, no. Traditionally should be carved fresh as needed. Ordered falafel pitas and they were freshly made but sparse on the other usual fillings. No tomato, no onion, no greens, just some chopped cucumber , pickles and hummus . Falafels we're under spiced and subpar. Many employees seem to be in training and not a clue what they were doing. We will try again in a few months to see if they get get into a rythmn and hopefully listen to customers reviews. I hope they get...

Iāve been to Greece and the first thing to go on the pita is the meat thinly sliced not in big chunks! Then you put the lettuce, tomato and onion on (not a whole thickly sliced onion)and the sauce goes on the top, no feta and then a little paprika. Also they arenāt so big that you canāt pick it up or get it to your mouth. Iām sorry but I have to call it as I see it. Air conditioning was broke and the staff was nice but had no idea what they were doing. I might come back but honestly...
