Just a short trip from Last Frontier Brewing, Bearpaw River Brewing Company offers two great locations in Wasilla, both serving up some of the best craft beer in the area. Whether you’re stopping by the cozy East Railroad Ave spot for beer and woodfired pizza or enjoying a pint in their spacious bar with a massive outdoor area, this brewery delivers a welcoming vibe with delicious offerings.
Our favorite beer here was the "Humdinger IPA", a crisp, balanced brew with subtle notes of tangerine, grapefruit, and passionfruit. It’s an excellent choice whether you’re relaxing with friends in the outdoor beer garden or catching live music in the evening.
At the East Railroad Ave location, the menu goes beyond beer with tasty options like pizza, fresh salads, bagels, and even coffee. Both locations also serve refreshing craft sodas, making Bearpaw River a great spot for everyone in your group.
Bearpaw River Brewing embodies the hardworking, local spirit of Wasilla with its fresh, hand-crafted ales and lagers. Whether you’re grabbing a quick pint or sitting down for a meal, it’s a fantastic spot to enjoy the best of...
Read moreI'm staying at a little BnB on Lucille Lake and the owner told me about this place, less than 1/2 a mile away, great pizzas and salads, and she was right!!! IF you ever open a franchise in Southern Calif,...

I took it out and put it on a napkin, showed the server and she took the dead fly and said “I’m going to show the kitchen”. She did not take my salad or offer a new one, no apology or anything. When she came back she said the flies are hard to keep out of things in the kitchen. Still no apology, lost my appetite, admitting a health violation to me. That’s not acceptable. I really really liked this place as I’ve eaten here several times before that. Dead bugs in food isn’t ok. I was honestly scared to write this so that is why the...
