This small little museum shows just how much the City of Wasilla cares about their scouts. Even though it’s a small museum the staff were absolutely delightful and helped so much when it came to recommendations.

Small museum showcasing the history of Wasilla, in addition to travel material, and other old collections. Such as a calendar dated back to 1947! The staff were also very friendly.

They are in the process of moving and displays were not open. But still interesting. The staff were awesome very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

Very nice, cozy museum and visitor center. When we were there, a friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable staff member was a wealth of information and generally just brightened our day with her happy energy. It was free when we attended, although our guide book said that it would be about $18 per family. The museums quite small, so may not be worth paying to see. The visitor center has plenty of information about wasilla and the...

We met a Kelly who was so much fun to talk to! She gave us a ton of information and history of Alaska! The remaining of our day turned out ahhhmazing with the suggestions she...

Took my kids ages 3,5,7,13 they all enjoyed it and so did I. The younger man that greeted us was friendly and interacted with the kids well. The tour guide is so full of knowledge of our local history. I highly encourage, if you haven't been there, go at least once. It's not because it's super exciting but just for a hint of where this...
