Before Christmas was my first time in the store, and I purchased a nice fuzzy jacket for my mother. When she arrived in state for the holidays, and tried it on, it did not fit. We went back in the store after Christmas but there wasn’t anything that fit her nicely. Unfortunately they would not refund my money, and insisted on giving me an in-store credit. I looked around and could not see any sign stating this fact. I don’t believe I would have taken a chance and purchased something for my mother if I had known this. Madaline was super amazing and will have me shopping here again!

I called to ask if they would be getting a hat in a certain color back in stock and Madaline was super helpful letting me know when to expect it back around fair time.

The really amazing part though is they called me the next day (as in went through the call log calling folks to find me again) to let me know they were stocking a store and found one lone hat in that color, remembered I was looking for it, put it aside, and offered to let me purchase it. It was so sweet and kind and the above and beyond customer service that will make me a loyal shopper for life.

Was visiting my daughter and this was the place that saved Christmas 2019 for me. Traveled from North Carolina and was limited of what I could being. So I have three ladies in my life that are very special. This store saved me trips as it had everything I needed to make them a special Christmas. Thank you all and the customer service was to the point. Now you have three customers in the lower 48 that will tell anyone who goes to Wasilla Alaska about you.
