Hibachi Grill & Supreme Buffet — Restaurant in Watchung

Be very weary 😩!!! Eat at your own risk 🙊 !!! My family and I Regretfully dined at this buffet, thus not being our first visit time. I was so shocked when my daughter and I walked to the bathroom to wash our hands, we were met by a funky smell. I know what your saying "duh we're by the bathroom". Right that's exactly what I thought. Lol nope, I had a small plate of salad and went to get more to eat (buffet). As I went to the sushi bar I started to smell that smell again. As I took a bite into my sushi the seaweed wrapping was soggy and rubbery. The incident that made me ask for the manager & check please was when my son's general tso chicken was pinkish red in the middle. I wish I wasn't so upset because I didn't take a picture. I have been here twice recently... on a weekday when the pice was $7.99pp for lunch and the selection was less and again on a Sunday when the price is $11.99pp and they are busy like cray and everything is coming out of the kitchen. the food quality is about a 7.5/10 and the variety is the same... the waitresses score the same. I haven't tried the grill to order hibachi but I will on our next visit...no sashimi on weekdays - only CA rolls for sushi... but I will say the value to flavor and variety ratio is awesome.... I LOVE this place... and if you have a little "yellow fever" the wait staff is young and lovely and though not overly friendly make for very nice people watching....the kids love the chocolate fountain on Sunday. I'm surprised I haven't discovered this place sooner.... definitely worth multiple visits....on so many planes.... not the top, but so way better than 5-Guys...

Okay, came in at 11am, & I have got to say, out of eating at various hibachi/sushi and Chinese restaurants all over the country, this has got to be the best place in jersey. Their whole sushi selection was BOMB! Had over 12 different rolls & each and every one of them were so good. They were all fresh too. Their buffet line was enormous. 6 really large rows of different foods. Not including the sushi line & hibachi line. I had the teriyaki chicken, fried chicken wings, beef and broccoli, beef dumplings, fried rice, string beans, shrimp rolls, & almost 3 whole rolls of sushi combined and everything was fresh & tasty. All of the wait staff were nice. The man who sat us down was really cool. Everything is clean. Still in here now & just had to write a review. I don't know why people say the buffet was pricy cause this is cheap. TWO...
