Overpriced for subpar quality and extremely poor service . Ordered a whole turkey, roast beef, and provolone sloppy joe and a tuna subs the listed price online was 10.00 when they rang it up the total came to almost 17.00 being that it was a large sub and I was in a rush I just dealt with it and paid, fast forward 10 minutes, I get home go to eat this sandwich and surprise it’s missing the provolone. I try calling them up to ask about the pricing and about the fact that there was no provolone the lady says she thought we didn’t want provolone with it so she didn’t put it on but it seemed like I was charged for it anyway but I’ve got no way to tell what the total was since they didn’t provide a receipt. She then put me on the phone with the guy who works there and he went on to tell me that the price was different 6.99 for turkey sloppy joe then 7.29 for roast beef and then 7.99 for both this was just after the lady said it was 7.99 for just the roast beef sloppy joe. They can’t seem to get on the same page. I doubt I’ll return to this establishment and it seems other people have dealt with inconsistency and lack of attention to detail maybe if they weren’t so distracted behind the counter socializing maybe they would get people’s orders correct. Also it’s probably not a good idea to tell your paying customers that you didn’t think they want cheese after they had asked for it. Don’t get me started on the fact they forgot Half our order until after we paid only to find out the sloppy joe was the cost of what two normal subs would be anywhere else. So after waiting 10 minutes for the subs they had only made the one and then she said sorry I forgot about your other sub that’ll be 10.00. So for two subs it came to just under 30.00 and that’s with having half your order forgotten and the other half wrong. If you like to gamble have fun going there and not knowing whether your order will be right or if you’ll get...
Read moreWe ordered sandwiches for a meeting at work, however one of the sandwiches was not included. I simply brought the receipt back that showed the sandwich that was ordered and and asked for them to remake it. The person in charge at the time claimed they made the sandwich, but somehow it did not get to me. Instead of simply accommodating a customer, I was told to have a seat while the person in charge called the owner to look at the camera. The person in charge handed me his cell phone to speak to the owner (weird) and said they made the sandwich, which I am not disputing...what I am disputing is that I did not receive it, so why is it so hard to just say I'm sorry, let me make you the sandwich again? The best part is the owner had the audacity to say if they remake it I have to pay for it again...I already did, I showed them the receipt!
As somebody who is in the service industry and deals with encounters like this daily, it is not hard to just say "I'm sorry, let me correct that for you." This was my first time here, I would have kept coming back over and over despite one mistake if they were willing to just make it right. Instead, the owner and the person in charge would rather argue with a customer and tell them theyre wrong. Because of that, they've earned a 1 star review and no more...
Read moreSubslingers is a hit or miss I'm guessing. My husband ordered a Turkey sub which looked good. Now I ordered Pastrami on Rye and french fries. He picked the food up and when he got home I opened my sandwich to 3 slices of rye bread to make the sandwich appear bigger than it was? One slice had 3 yes 3 pieces of Pastrami which was burnt, the other slice had 2 pieces of Pastrami also burnt I thought it was bacon ðŸ˜. The bread also did not seem fresh, needless to say I'm glad I ordered fries which weren't the best ones. For the price we paid I didn't even get to enjoy my meal. Since it was close to their closing time they knew it was a pickup order so let's give whatever I guess. I wish I would have taken a picture before I threw that sad looking...
