I really enjoy going to this DD. Chay & Q hold me down every visit. They are pleasant, funny & make My Coffee PERFECT!! It saddens Me to know that Q is No longer there. Idk what happened but PLEASE bring him back!! He works hard & ALWAYS has a Smile while doing it. He's 1 of the reasons why I even go there. This was by far the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I waited with no service for 5 minutes, that in itself would be fine if they were busy. The staff was talking to each other. Since I could only sit there and wait I called for assistance but no reply so I waited till some one noticed another 5 minutes later they just chose to not acknowledge me. So I walked away and never got my drink or anything for that matter. There were zero drive through orders...

I love crystal Saunders she's the best you hired.. I go only at night to her. The guy before her shift sucks. His name is brandon. His really messy.. and when I get my coffee from his coffee taste burnt he never has caramel .. crystal always cleaning up up after him and that messes her up when she has good customers that wants to taste her great coffee I don't think is fair to her to clean up after someone else.....
