Five Guys — Restaurant in Waterbury

I went to the Waterbury Ct location on 10/3 at 5:00pm. I walked in to two gentlemen cleaning the dining room and another gentleman behind the counter with a big smile on his face. We ordered our food and then a fourth gentleman came out to assist. Once my order was checked in all of them went behind the counter and started to work on our order. They were all very polite and courteous!! So nice to walk in to a place of business and see the staff happy! Thank you to those 4 gentlemen for making our night extra special!

Waterbury's Five Guys is absolutely phenomenal! From the moment you walk in, the service is top-notch, making for a truly enjoyable dining experience. Worst fries at this location. My understanding was fries were cooked twice, this location I ordered little fries and it appear to be cooked once. No brown or crisp at all. More greasy than usual if you can imagine. The burger was smaller and the tomato was not ripe. This is a new location but maybe they should not open until proper training. I won’t return anytime soon. Hopefully they work...
