PAISANOS PIZZA and RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Waterbury

The fact that johns apizza is gone was already bad enough. I decide to give this place a chance. I ordered 2 large pizzas so my wife dosent have to cook for atleast a few days. The worst decision of my life. After eating a few slices with my family we all felt absolutely sick. The taste was terrible. We had to literally airfry the pizza while they were still "cooked" mind you to make them somewhat enjoyable. I will never ever order again. And they have the gall to try to ask for a 20% tip as a base!? hah NEVER AGAIN WILL ORDER 25 dollars down the drain and the worst pizza i ever tasted. Its so bad i literally have to tear off the crust just to avoid the bad after taste it leaves. 1 star review go...

No pride in there pasta dish , pasta wasn’t tossed with sauce , sauce was flavorless ,pasta was sure as hell overcooked , chicken wasn’t seasoned and breaded improperly, it’s sad so many good cooks and chefs that deserve restaurants and we have these cooks who don’t care what they put out nor taste it . The good critiques on here must be people with no palettes , been a chef for 16 years and this was the worst pasta dish I’ve ever had , when you cook a dish you put your name and rep on that dish it defines you , so I guess the cooks name is you know what, I’m more then willing to re-train your cooks on making good marinara and how...

We ordered from here on GrubHub and saw the low rating on Google after having placed our order, but were pleasantly surprised how great the food was. We had lomo saltado, plátanos maduros fritos, ground beef and cheese empanadas, grinders, and the pistachio cake... everything came warm and tasted delicious, the empanadas were crispy but not oily, the kids LOVED the meatball sub, and the cake was amazing! We would definitely recommend this place and we will definitely order...
