Dream Scoops — Restaurant in Waterford Township

The lady working behind the counter was absolutely lovely, great customer service. But I was very disappointed in the options available. There were atleast 5-6 tubs of ice cream that were empty and not available. But along with that a lot of machines said out of order/ do not use, one in the customer area that may have been for slushies and one behind the counter. I was very surprised because of the gran opening flags I would’ve thought they would have everything, but even a bunch of toppings were crossed off the list! The worker even said they don’t make a lot of the speciality orders like the fancy shakes… so it was disappointing. I think I would return, but I’m hoping for better next time! A large cup with 2 toppings cost 7.79, which is a great price for how much ice cream you get! I also loved seeing the gluten...

Decided to try this place after moving back to the area. Saw it was new and thought it be cool to help their ratings. The ice cream tasted great. The shop was small and clean.

The only reason this shop gets 3 stars was because the 3 girls working were not pleasant. They didn't seem to enjoy their job and one girl kept forgetting who they were helping. If they got busy this location would not function seamlessly.

I will be going back for the ice cream and to try the service again. Maybe it was because the girls were young and still do not know what having...

I truly believe that supporting local businesses is important. That being said, I will not be going back to Dream Scoops. The price for a small soft serve on a sugar cone was close to 4 dollars. Smallest size I have ever seen. Ice cream barely covered the cone. Do better or I'm afraid this establishment won't be in business very...
