Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Waterford Township

They were pretty busy when I went in but seemed to have ample employees to handle the lunch rush. I waited patiently to be helped. The young man who took my order got most of it all wrong & I'm still not sure why. After all, it wasn't like I was placing a huge order! I told him I wanted the ham & Swiss sandwich meal & wasn't asked what type of drink I'd like which was odd. I also ordered 5 donuts. Two of which when I looked into the box after getting home were incorrect so I never received the two honey dip ones that I had actually asked for. So he gets my donuts & then I'm waiting on my meal. The guy making the food walks over & just hands me the sandwich. I stand there waiting not understanding why my sandwich is just being handed to me like that. Btw, I was never even asked whether I was dining in or out either. So I continue standing there waiting for someone to give me the chips & drink that should have already been given to me by that point. Finally after about a minute, the guy that made my sandwich looks at me as if wondering why I'm still waiting! I say to him that I ordered the meal! He literally grabs a bag of chips & tosses them on the counter! Smh He apologized as if he knew full well that what he'd done was inappropriate. So I still stand there waiting to be asked what type of drink I wanted. At this point no one is even wanting to be dealing with me anymore. It was ridiculous! The guy who took my order decided to see what else I needed & I again stated that I ordered the meal and still needed the drink! Smdh He gets the drink finally and I'm standing there wondering how in the world I'm going to make it out to my car with my wallet in hand, a box of donuts, a drink, a bag of chips and a sandwich! No one thought to place my items in a bag nor even ask me if I needed one which I actually did! I've never had this type of experience at a Tim Hortons before. I'm not a person that likes to complain. It takes too much energy. I've put up with this for three years now and I just can't take it anymore! Every time I go to this location they never have what I want! It can be Vanilla Dips, which I ordered in the morning. You would think they would have them early. They have been out of the 32 once cans of coffee. I can't even tell you how many times. Too many to count. Today they were out of Boston Creams. Last but not least the filled sugar cookies. Would love to try those cookies, but they are always out of them. How can you call yourself a bake shop if you don't actually bake! Do they have to wait for a truck to drop off their goods? It's either that, or the manager should be replaced! At least 4 times they have forgot to put the whipped cream topping on my Hazelnut Mocha Latte. I have to check if the topping is there every time I order one. It's almost a $4.00 drink! Make sure you make it right! Guess I'm going to start heading to another Tim Hortons, or start going to Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks. It's a shame because I like Tim Hortons coffee better. I'm sending this to...

I really hate to do this but, this location is terrible. It's right down the street from my work so convenient location. Every single time i go here my order either isn't right or they are out of something. Take in mind, I go here EVERYDAY. they never have chili ready, sold out of plain bagels, out of panini bread, out of croissants, the last five times my french cap tastes watered down and is never filled up where its supposed to be always 2 inches below the rim. Whats worse is they know me, they know my face, its the same people there, they know that every time I'm there they are out of something and never have I been offered anything. Not that I expect it but it would be the smart thing to do. I have 4 co-workers who also come here that have the same problem. We probably will go out of our way to go somewhere else.
