The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered, bar none! I have been a Happy's customer since the Waterford location opened. Ordering frequently over the years, I'm sure my family has spent thousands. The food I received from them last was terrible. The food was cold upon reveiving it, My daughter in-law said she didnt know if it was the chicken or the ranch, but it didn't taste right. We tried to call Happy's (45min before closing time) they didn't answer. At this point, rather than taking a chance on potentially spoiled ranch or chicken we through the food in the garbage. I'm not one to complain if something is less than perfect. Over the years and thousands of $ spent, I have never complained about an order from Happy's before, but this order warrented it. Rather than just accepting on this occasion I was dissatisified and seizing the opportunity to maintain my loyalty as a customer, the Owner chose to immediately try to blame "Door Dash" for the cold food (however, I ordered food from Happy's not Door Dash), he then proceeded to insult my daughter in-law, in defense of his "Perfect Ranch". All this guy wanted to do was insist they could not have given us cold sub-par food, it was my daughters fault for misinterpreting the flavor profile of his chicken and ranch for that of spoiled food, and if they did deliver cold, sub- par food it was the fault of a company that had nothing to do with this order. Most any company would recognize a long time loyal customer, listen to the complaint, apologize and attempt to rectify/repair trust. Not this place! Not this Owner! He does not seem tocare about the customer He does not seem to care about his product He DOES seem to care that, for the first time ever, I wanted my order replaced at no cost to me. No, I didn't test taste it. No, I didn't send it out for bacterial testing. No, I didn't save it. No I don't want a to play "lets make a deal" on spoiled food. ...When my family says " this doesn't taste right" Their word is good enough for me. Read moreI’ve been a customer here for years. Foods typically great however, the service has decreased Drastically. One time I was picking up an order & I asked the lady for ranch on the phone. When I got my order, there was no ranch so I asked for ranch. Bald dude looks At me and says you’re gonna pay for it? It seemed very troubling that I was asking for ranch. As if me asking for ranch was such a burden. That brings me to this last incident where I was picking up an order and some guy I’ve never seen before walks out of the back starts using a nasty tone towards me and another individual saying that we need pizza bags to pick up orders for DoorDash. I proceeded to tell him that I use my pizza bag and then with a loud voice, he yelled at me “”WHAT??” 🤣. When I repeated myself, he pointed to me with his finger as if I was a dog and told me to go get my pizza bag. No. Deliver it yourself. I do this for fun. I don’t need to do DoorDash. It’s a little side income and a reason to drive around and free my mind from the daily grind. Do you know why I don’t take my pizza bag into the store? Because it’s quite dirty. The last time I did, barbecue sauce got all over the bottom of it, got all over my seats. I drive a pretty decent car (for me). And quite frankly, I don’t wish to have barbecue sauce all over my seats. Therefore I just collect my order and place it inside the pizza bag once at my car.

Read moreI have done business with waterford Happys for years. I use to receive great service great food. Lately my orders are wrong or take extreme amounts of time. The "manager" on duty Monday 7-11 hung up on me and would not answer the phone until I called on another line . He hung up on me again and still would not answer the phone. He would not listen as to what my order was and was missing. I went to the store and he would not replace it and told me to leave or he would call the police. Was that suppose to scare me? I did nothing wrong but want my correct order. I spent over 50.00!! I will never after 5 plus years of ordering through Happys do business with you again.
