Dunkin' — Restaurant in Waterford

I NEVER take the time to leave a review but oh my goodness walking in at 5:59 you would have thought I ruined the boy at the counter’s life. Never have had such a rude experience for no reason. Like alarmingly rude. I even tipped a dollar hoping it would make his day but he was so caught up in anger (such a low frequency) that I don’t even think he noticed. Honestly I will go to another Dunkin and tip somewhere else next time. He was so rude like right away I almost asked if he wanted me to just leave. He was even rude because I’m very soft spoken and he started to get almost aggressive asking me to repeat myself. It was rude, alarming and just completely uncomfortable. I would understand if I were being a Karen, but genuinely I walked in and it started with a grunt of annoyance and “WHAT DO YOU WANT?” no smile, no welcome, nothing. I hope this boy gets spoken to. Ran out of croissants so they only gave me one out of the two. A girl with a septum ring and braids, wearing a black sweatshirt under her uniform working at the window 4/5/23 at 11:50am acted like i was the inconvenience for asking if I could bring my coworker a free donut, as shes not getting what she already ordered. She gave me this sarcastic pouty baby face and said “i wouldn’t be able to do that”. im literally asking for a donut or a few munchkins to say sorry for the inconvenience to my coworker… i used to work at dunkin and when you run out after someone has ALREADY ordered, you offer something to them.

AND they gave me a plain bagel instead of everything when i came here the other day.

I know the owners of this dunkin would be upset to know they lost a customer over a $1.20 donut and a rude employee . I will take my business and...

I stopped at the drive through of this dunkin coming home from the beach, after ordering 3 drinks and 2 food items, I tried to order a large cup of ice water, the guy was extremely rude and said you can have a small, there were 3 other people in my car and we were told that we can only have 1 cup of ice water (which is free) and after dealing with the extremely rude worker who just took my credit card without saying anything and was practically throwing the food in my face, I bit into my wake up wrap and the bacon was raw and it was not edible.
