Unfortunately Lane Bryant closed multiple locations in the central area of CT and only 2 remain in state (Waterford & North Haven). I decided to avoid 91 traffic and drove almost an hour to visit this Waterford location on 4/12 and I am very happy I did.
Upon entering the store I was greeted by Ms. Ovaline who assisted me with my return/exchange. I needed to exchange 2 items I purchased online for a different size and it was an easy process; her coworker assisted and both ladies created a welcoming atmosphere while I was there. Another customer was there and I witnessed the same energetic vibe and support being provided to them, which let me know that their service is consistent.
I wanted to take the time to highlight Ms. Ovaline because from the time I entered the store, she provided one of the best customer service experience I’ve had in years. She walked me through the return process, answered any questions I had and even offered sizing assistance; but although I wasn’t comfortable being measured that day it’s something I’ll definitely consider at my future visit to the store. She understood and respected my decision while still continuing to finish up the process. I plan to visit this location in the future because it’s not like any other Lane Bryant stores I’ve visited. This store was very light, warm, overall a great experience and I’d encourage anyone to visit. Ms. Ovaline if you’re reading this, similar to what I said in store - keep up the great work and continue to be you. You have no idea how much I appreciated the service you provided and our overall interaction.

Totally not interested in keeping a customer. I happened to not realize that they send me a new card with new number. So when I paid to the old # it did not go thru. Called them, they couldn't figure out the problem and where the money went that I paid assuring me not to worry about interest charged. Now the insist on the late fee.... no compromise.
