MANAGER WOULDN'T RETURN AN ITEM WE BOUGHT

This place is a nightmare when trying to get your order filled correctly and on time, & there was some Employee who thought she could snap at me on the phone when my husband was there to pickup our order that should have been ready.

My husband and I do appreciate the Manager giving us some free items because she messed up and cancelled one of our orders for pickup. HOWEVER, when my husband went to return some items that we have paid for (got proof), the Manager said she couldn't give us money back and put it on the gift card cuz she claims the 2 things we were returning were free but they were not free cuz they were items we purchased online.

THEN, my husband went back for another item that was $5 and the Manager snapped at him saying she already gave us some free items and refused to return another items we purchased (WAS NOT A FREE ITEM), and this time not even a gift card. SO, I had my husband return it back to the other Five Below in Lisbon and they did it no problem!!!! (Middle finger in the air to WATERFORD FIVE BELOW YA'LL SUCK)

ALSO, the website has been messed up for too long now. Not only does the account not work on the FIve Below website, but there is no way to know how much is on your Five Below gift card unless maybe you were to call the nearest store or go in person,...

The store opened at 10am and I was there 4 minutes early, the woman employee in the front greeted me and let me into the store. I went towards the back of the store because I was looking for some pens that I’d bought from here a month ago that ended up being my favorite pens but they didn’t have them anymore so I was going to continue looking around until I heard a voice behind me from a male employee saying “hey we aren’t open yet, you can’t be in here.” I said “ you open at 10, right?” He was like “yeah it isn’t 10 yet.” I looked at my clock and it was 9:56. I said “would you like me to leave?” He said “yeah, you can’t be in here.” So I left and as I was leaving two more customers were walking in so I informed the woman at the front that I was just told to leave so I didn’t think he wanted people in the store. I probably would’ve bought something but I left and won’t ever...

No doubt that this store is one of my favorites. The Youse mini charger I bought several months ago has been a lifesaver. When I travel outside the state, I just plug my iPhone to it and within minutes, 100% charged. And at $10, it was a third of the prices at iWalk and Amazon. Their wired earbuds/earphones are at $5.95 compared to $20 at Walmart, etc. Their beauty products are also pretty good. And very affordable. The store itself is orderly and cashiers...
