I recently worked with David Hecht Kitchens on my kitchen remodel project, and the experience was exceptional. The staff members at DHK have an eye for truly re-imagining an existing space, which was evident from our initial conversations about my kitchen. The final design for my kitchen was way beyond anything I could have imagined on my own, and the staff worked closely with me to ensure all of my (many!) questions were answered during this process.

During installation, the DHK team kept me informed about what was going on and took care of coordinating everything from lighting and plumbing to flooring and appliances! My DHK cabinet installer was great to work with, and he went above and beyond in ensuring everything was installed perfectly.

The outcome of this project is a truly transformed kitchen/dining/downstairs space that I LOVE walking into (and cooking in!) every day. The kitchen in my house is most definitely the heart of our home, and we are so thankful to David Hecht Kitchens for delivering us the best! We used David Hecht Kitchens to remodel our kitchen and the experience we had with them is exactly why you use a reputable, established business like they are, instead of some less expensive "kitchen guy" that might be "cheaper". They did an amazing job with our project and Bill Hecht is a pleasure to work with. We were very happy with how everything turned out, but the real benefit of using them didn't show itself until a year AFTER our project had been done. An issue that was found to be caused by the plumber they used caused some significant damage to our only 1 year old kitchen. When I called them to let them know what happened and showed them WHY it happened, they immediately took full responsibility for the issue and sprung into action. Immediately offered to pay my insurance deductible, and worked with my insurance company the entire way to get all the repairs done as soon as possible. We had been sitting on a kitchen remodel dream for 5 years of before finally biting the bullet and hiring David Hecht Kitchens. And like everyone else, we wish we had done it sooner!

Abram Hecht was our contact for the project and was able to walk us through each step of the way, from design, demo, beam installation, electrical, drywalling, flooring, lighting, appliances and on to finishing touches. The team that Abram assembled was professional, thorough and very personable, especially our primary contractor Jason and electrician Ed. For tasks that were outside of Abram's contracting team he was able to recommend other professionals (e.g. for tiling work) that did a phenomenal job.

The final result of the remodel was a huge quality of life improvement that we're confident will last. We love showing off to dinner guests at any opportunity!...
