Too many online orders effecting in-store service. Extremely busy took way too long to get my coffee literally like 15 minutes. Some of it was the fact they probably could've used another employee on at that time of day. The biggest problem not just here but at all DUNKS locations is the Duncan to go online ordering that takes priority over the people in the store and it's not right if I'm standing right there in front of you I should get service first as well as other paying customers that are standing there listening to that stupid little chime go off every millisecond that's the corporate's biggest mistake that affects...
