The consistent issues with customer service at this location when it happens seems to be coming from the top at certain times. Some of the staff members are friendly enough, but clearly there's a lack of direction and quality of service, even when the shop is practically empty.
I ran into the manager here for the first time and this person named Shawna seems to have a huge chip on her shoulder. I was shocked at her lack of professionalism, to say the least.
To get into specifics, I was waiting awhile for my order and she finally notices me as if she's never seen a person ordering at the counter before. With an edge to her voice, she asks if I ordered or I'm waiting for someone to take it. I plainly said, "Yeah, I'm waiting for someone to take my order," then out of nowhere she snaps and says "Yeah, well I'm asking you if you need someone to take your order or if you're waiting for it to come out." Are you kidding me, who's the customer here? Instead of giving people a hard time, why not just take the order and not place doubt on your level of competence?
As expected, I never received an apology or a even a customary thank you at the end of our transaction. I don't know if this person was not raised right or simply lacks professional training, but the concept of everyday manners seem to not exist in her vocabulary. For a manager to behave this rudely reflects poorly on this establishment and I cannot recommend this location unless Dunkin's district leadership addresses the abysmal lack of customer service, including those experienced by other...

Mine started that way. The young lady at Dunkin made it better.
My order was large. $54 I’m brining staff in donuts and coffee for training day. I’ve already forgot something at home and now not 1 all three of my plastic cards are being declined. Both Buisness cards and my personal. I’m embarrassed and frustrated and keeping my cool by being overly polite and apologizing over and over again for something outside of my control that I don’t think it was my fault.
The young lady behind the counter was pleasant the entire time, she tried my cards at multiple stations and when I finally ran across the street to get cash out of the ATM, she remade my sandwich and had all my stuff ready to go when I got back and offered to help me bring it to the car.
I’m sure it was a system error for the size of my order or a glitch. I’m very sorry I didn’t get her name. She made the experience bearable pleasant and is definitely the VIP of that store. Thank you for not making a hard...

Every time I go to this Dunkin' donuts something is either out or they mess up my order. Today I asked for a simple medium frozen chocolate drink and a small pumpkin spice hot coffee with two Splenda and almond milk. They gave us a small Frozen drink and they gave me a regular coffee and I'm not even sure if there's almond milk in it with no sweetener. This is not the first instance of this from this Dunkin' donuts. Also, not one of them in that restaurant are wearing a mask. Seriously take the extra minute and a half drive to go up the road to the other one. This one is full of incompetent employees...
