Writing this review as I walk back to my car after what I perceived as piss poor customer service. Went into order a chicken BBQ Bowl but first stopped to check-in the kiosk. I was told by the owner “Don’t do that, you check in after you pay.” I said okay sorry, as I then saw multiple signs explaining the same thing. Shortly after Ken then states “Go down there if you would like to order” as he points to his right which is 3 steps to the left of me with no one else placing orders. The store maybe facing hard times financially which would explain the check ins post purchases. Either way, I feel that they can do better when communicating with customers.
So after walking out and sitting in my car for 5 mins to rethink the situation. I then went back in and placed my order. The food is great, price is reasonable and I wish the owner had more Respect.

Thank you for replying in a very timely manor. After reading your reply I completely understand the previous encounter. To elaborate further on my concern I want to note that my frustration stemmed from the commands you stated in a tone and demeanor that perceived as rude since there wasn’t any follow up with justification. Also I’m very familiar with Customs and Courtesies in both customer service and social environments which leads me to fall back on “Please” and “ if you don’t mind” being used before issuing a command. The very moment I walked into your store I asked the couple standing in front of they’ve placed their order already. After replying “Yes” as they stepped aside I then stood in their place since I knew exactly what it was that I wanted to order. When I did return and it was my turn to place my order, you said to me “The line was a lot shorter before huh?” I quickly replied politely yes, however I needed time to calm down after abruptly walking out. You made no further comments, commands, nor questions. If that didn’t clue you in then my apologies for not clarifying further. You make excellent food which was why I did come back into your store as well as my love for supporting small businesses as often as I can. The first time I went here, the person taking my order put in the wrong item, and when I corrected him, he said, "So you changed your mind now." Nah, brah, you just weren't paying attention. If you weren't busy trying to push a beet salad on some unassuming woman (who clearly didn't like beets or him), you would have heard what I said correctly.
On another attempt, I placed an online order 25 minutes before closing, and on my drive to pick it up, my order got canceled. Apparently, 25 minutes wasn't enough time to make a salad bowl before closing. When I arrived to ask about the order, the manager was unapologetic and said he would only make a smoothie. Business response: "Oh, I am sorry. Can I make you a smoothie instead?" Actual response: "We packed up for the day [15 minutes before their scheduled close]. We have some ingredients for a smoothie, but that's it."
Despite this nonsense, the way the staff interacts with each other and their customers is unprofessional at best. I cannot support whatever's...

First, the manager complained why I didn't tell him my order with another woman's order because they were the same thing. And it was a hassle for him to make it again. He didn't even ask my order yet. Better yet, her drink had almonds in it and he was going to combine them! Then, he made my drink WITH almonds after I told him I was allergic. I tried my drink, and I figured out it had the almond in it. Fortunately, I had medication with me so I did not advance into anaphylactic shock.
