Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Watertown

This place is extremely unprofessional!! As I was waiting for the cashier to take my order, she had been on her phone, videoing and laughing with her teenage coworkers. One tall teenage brunette could not keep her phone away and it had irritated me as I was waiting for my order to be made and she was clearly still on the clock. She did not notice I was still waiting for my order until I had to notify her if my order was ready, that is until THEN she started making my order. Extremely unprofessional! Of course I understand if the store was in a rush earlier, and they had to settle down. But it had been lightly busy and I had an easy order and it took them about 15 minutes to notice I was still waiting for my order. Will not be buying food from here again! The teenagers here leave things on the floor, certain equipment and things don’t look clean, that same brunette was not wearing gloves, another teen was sniffling and appeared to have allergies while she had been preparing orders. Jersey Mikes, DO BETTER! I dislike leaving reviews like this, but I hope there team can figure something out on how to improve. The customer service needs to improve as well, we all have bad days—but the employees should not be the ones causing and creating bad days for us,...

We have been to numerous Jersey Mike's in different states. This was the most disgusting location. The floors were filthy. The griddle was gross. The counters were covered wth crumbs and scraps. There were 5 people that we could see standing around. There were only 2 other customers there. It was also at 2 in the afternoon after any possible lunch rush. Each person did only their task not attempting to work as a team at all. I ordered a number 7 and when she went to put my sandwich on the board she scraped the lettuce into a pile and put it back in the lettuce bin!!! It was mixed with all the other toppings and juices that had fallen on the board! I said, did you just put that in the lettuce bin? She replied, yes, we are told we have to. I told her that was disgusting. She then went to cut my sandwich with a dirty knife that had been sitting around and thought better of it, wiped the knife on something under the counter and cut my sandwich. They weren't rude but clearly indifferent, unmotivated and showed zero interest in customer service or their job. The cleanest most well run Jersey Mike's we have been to is Huntsville Texas. We will never go back...

I was very excited to try the Watertown new opening. However. Even though the staff were incredibly friendly and the actual location was very clean, I would never recommend this place to anyone .. ever. The prices are extremely outrageous for the product they provide. My husband got a "giant" for over 15 bucks, a chipotle philly cheesesteak.. however there wasn't any chipotle mayo, sauce anything on it. . They charged us for my son's kid meals, however they did not give us the things that come with the kid meal, and charged us for a full sandwich, yet gave us a sandwich meant for a kids meal. Everything was packed up and we couldn't check it till we got home because above everything else, we also waited 45 mins for this. I got $9.45 club sandwich, it had exactly one slice of turkey and one slice of ham. Honestly, go to Nardelli's. Cheaper, faster, and better quality. Only reason for two stars was because of the friendly staff and cleanliness of the establishment.
