Toast'd — Restaurant in Watertown

My family and I decided to give Toast’d a try after hearing and reading rave reviews. My daughter and I do not like our bagels toasted and, unfortunately, these did not taste fresh. We know our Ami’s bagels. After a recent surgery and being unable to drive, we decided to give them another try via DoorDash. While I do understand how busy small businesses get, it took 40 minutes for 4 bagels with spreads to make it 2 minutes away. (The dasher messaged me to let me know she was there in a timely manner) And, again, the freshness just wasn’t there.. slightly stale. The cream cheese was good but overall...

I was really excited to try this new place downtown and was not disappointed. I like the option to have two different cream cheese flavors, and they had so many options it was even hard just to pick 2! I got Mexican street corn and Chili crisp and both were phenomenal but the bagel was even better. Best bagel I’ve had in CT. I do wish they had more coffee options, but since it’s so new, I was expecting limited drinks anyway. Will 100% be back to try more flavors. Also, the service was great and the girls at the front...
