Drive thru is very, very slow. All times of day. Morning, lunch, and evening. Waited a half hour when it wasn’t even that busy, and didn’t even get all of what I ordered. If you wait that long in line you just want what you order. And the guy running the cash register through the drive thru didn’t seem to know what he was doing, so paying took a very long time. And that was just the last time I visited. One time I went I ordered regular nuggets and I got spicy nuggets. Same thing happened to my ex. After waiting in the drive thru for 30 plus minutes, we had to go in the restaurant and get the correct order, hence waiting some more. The time before I had reward points for free fries on my Wendy’s app, and the lady didn’t know how to enter it, so she just kinda told me “too bad, sorry,” and I paid for the full meal. I mean, it’s Wendy’s food. That’s about all I have to say. Just maybe think again if you hit up this Wendy’s, or at least plan on waiting for your food for a very, very long time. I don’t live close to this Wendy’s, so I don’t go often, but when I do, something usually seems to go wrong…😵💫
Edit: Went again tonight….the staff had no idea how to use the Wendy’s payment code, and my ex didn’t get a spoon with his frosty, and he ordered a BLT and didn’t get any...

I understand you get busy very busy at times ok.but when I went through your drive thru the other day I ordered a SIMPLE sandwich. A homestyle chicken wrap with only the wrap chicken and ranch on it ok easy???? Got my order...they added lettuce on it ok went through again said exactly what I wanted on it again. Got my order...this time they didn't put the ranch on it...ok well the third time I go through I say exactly what I wanted and make sure you get it right this time a little sarcastically. Stayed in the drive thru checked my order and they got it right(finally) BUT the piece of chicken was the size of pen...that's right maybe a nugget. So by this time I wanted to speak to a manager and asked for a phone# and they couldn't give it to me. Fine I will get it one way or the other...because I use to work at the Wendy's chain for a very long time (even) worked at this store. So contacted a reliable source to have the manager get in contact with me. Its been a week since this happened and still have not heard anything back. Read moreI had a fantastic experience recently at Wendy's that truly left an impression on me. The gentleman at the first window, a slightly chubby fellow with brown hair, was genuinely delightful. If I remember correctly his name was "Julien". His friendly demeanor instantly made the visit more pleasant and engaging.
But what stood out the most was his in-depth knowledge about the products. Specifically, he went into great detail about why their chocolate Frosty is so popular and delicious. Honestly, it was fascinating to learn about the Frosty's subtle nuances that elevate it from just being an average milkshake. He described how the frosty changed him "monumentally", and gave him a new outlook on life! This was a perfect example of how excellent customer service can take an already good experience to a whole new level.
It's clear this Wendy's values its customers, providing not just tasty food but also an informative and welcoming service. The chocolate Frosty (and its backstory) will now be my go-to treat on every future visit. Kudos to the team here and especially to the first window guy for making my day!
