Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Watsonville

My husband has been to Habit several times. I was working nearby so decided to eat there. I used the kiosk to order and decided to eat there. After waiting a while my order hadn't come out. A person who ordered at the same time was still waiting. I saw a staff member lock the door. I finally found out that the order system was down and they were filling orders the old fashion way... by tickets. I went up to the counter and told her that I would now like my order to go since I didn't have enough time. She took care of it. Burger was good but they forgot the garlic sauce for the fries.

Then a couple of days later I was brining home a burger for my husband. This time I ordered online. I was about 10 minutes late but figured it would be sitting there. We'll it wasn't there, so I asked about it. They couldn't find it and they had to refire. I purchased a single pattie for the dogs. My order was ready and checking the bag I found they forgot the garlic fries.

I'm sure this is not the norm and I hope next...

I’m from the Sunnyvale, and I came to this location in Watsonville today, customer service by Jennifer was excellent. Just what I expect to get when I go to a fast food restaurant. Also I have to mention the bathroom was spotless clean . Like I was so comfortable actually in the bathroom. The wall were shiny clean , the sink , the toilet. I was just so happy that I told Jennifer I’m going to leave a review , and give a great review , shout out to the cleaning early AM person . Also the dining room , the self service station. Spotless, this makes me happy and helps me enjoy my meal knowing that , the store is clean . Just know I’m that person’s who sees it all and i always have high...

I often feel enclined to share my positive opinion when there is such an overwhelming amount of dramatic negative reviews. My go to lunch is a double portabello char lettuce wrap, and with the exception of them sometimes forgetting my side of ranch on to go orders, the service and quality are both very consistently good.

Sometimes the patties are slightly pink however that holds no bearing on the temperature of the patty ( which certainly reaches 165 degrees on that broiler ). What it does suggest however is that the patties are free from any dyes, like caramel color additives, and are in fact cooked fresh.

All in all a great value that's often provided with consistency...
