But we walked in and we met Adrian who was our assistant in looking for the right fit of mattress for my son who was upgrading to a room of his own finally. And he took out all the mattresses that my son and I wanted to try without hesitation. Let us lay and comfortably. See all the mattresses we came in on a Labor Day sale weekend and I feel like we got the best deal for wonderful service and an absolutely wonderful mattress. Mattress firm has a young lady named Ana from the Watsonville store. I bought a mattress from the store from another sales person and was sold a different mattress. I was extremely angry, And disappointed with the result of my purchase. I have referred several people to that store specifically, and felt betrayed at the result of my purchase. Was going to cancel purchase and get my money returned. And then steps in this young lady name, Ana she fixed everything ask what our needs were in the house. And proceeded to fill our every need. She worked with our financing and we were Very pleased with the outcome of this young ladies, personality, knowledge of product, and the speed and efficiency that the problem was resolved… Thank you so much, Ana. After going to other furniture stores looking for a firm mattress and not having much luck I went to Mattress Firm in Watsonville. Back in 2020 I bought the firmest mattress that Mattress Firm (Santa Cruz) had and it’s still firm and holding up great. I wanted to replace an older mattress with something similar but at a cheaper price. Adrian went Above & Beyond helping find what I had purchased before and helping find something similar that worked with my budget. The transaction took 2 days because I like to sleep on it and be 100% sure of my purchases. Adrian was very helpful in answering all my questions over the phone on till I made up my mind. I completed the transaction at their Gilroy store since I was near by. I definitely recommend buying from Mattress Firm but customer service is the key to a successful purchase....
