Love the affordability and the convinience of what's available. The customer service is also really good. Unfortunately their curbside pickup is THE WORST I've ever experienced. I called the store and let them know Im parked and waited 10 minutes. I called to follow up and they didnt answer. I waited another 10 minutes for good measure and they didnt answer, again. The other option for curbside is the app so I uploaded the app and requested assistance for curbside, still nothing. Defeating the purpose of curbside, I saw an employee walking by to ask about the wait and they asked me to walk to the back and pickup my item 🥴 No thank you.
I saw there was an option to get the 1800 assistance but I thought Id give them another shot. I called them again and they said "we're coming! we're coming! sorry, we were on break" 🤐🤐🤐

Read moreHorrible CUSTOMER SERVICE…. I believe the managers name is Isaias. He complained about his job, the fact he had none in inventory for sale, what he had to do to get a replacement key to fit the riding lawnmower that was purchased for over $3,750.00, then had me waiting for over 45 minutes while he took care of other things in the back.
After 1 hour of waiting, he wrote down the number for customer service and said he could not help me. Basically, after I did the research, the key cost $10.00 on Amazon, LOL…. If Tractor Supply cannot fix an issue dealing with a broken plastic key, what do you think will happen when the lawnmower breaks? I returned the Toro riding lawnmower for a full refund and purchased a better lawnmower at Home Depot for less.

Read moreI shop at tractor supply regularly. I like the store and they seem to have things there that I can't get other places. My issue is the food truck and the amount of people taking up spaces as they sit in their cars waiting for food. I often carry tools or equipment on my truck and these people sit and watch tractor supply customers leave their vehicles and go into the store. As a person that has had equipment taken from his truck I'm very aware of this situation. It just doesn't feel safe to leave stuff in my truck in tractor supply parking lot anymore. These people are food truck customers and not tractor supply customers. Why do they allow this? Its adds a bit of a ghetto element that affects the overall shopping experience here. The Gilroy store doesn't have this. The Brentwood store doesn't...
