Somehow this store always remains reasonably clean in comparison to many Ross' I have visited. I don't find clothes in housewares or shoes in kids section. However, this store ALWAYS has the longest check out lines ever!!! I have myself, and watched others, reconsider purchases while waiting. The line literally runs to the last aisle of the store...and beyond. The longest I have personally seen was it ran through the checkout maze, down the aisle by mens, turned at the furniture/housewares, ran all the way down to kids, and partially up towards women's.
I don't know who is in charge, but please assign this store a few more hours so we can get checked out in a reasonable time. I was on my lunch and had to leave my purchases, because I didn't have time to wait in the line. Try it and see if more scheduling hours helps them be a better producing store. I'd bet money it would. I, myself, have put back hundreds of merch, that had I been able to check out quicker, I would not have had the time to reconsider.
I typically find what I am looking for or in many cases more than I was looking for whenever in this Ross, but it is becoming a deterant for me to visit this location, knowing the lines are crazy. Which i can only say hasn't been the case, maybe, twice. I am here at least 1-2 times a month.
Fix the line situation and it's a very cute and well kept, Ross store. I would have given 5 stars if not for the line. Staff and security greeter are...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreRoss is Ross mostly until they decide to be Walmart. I am a grown man who wears a suit 80% of the time due to my profession. I do not look shady in the least, not that how I dress should Really matter, but just to set the scene.. yet I have to go thru the inconvenience and time suck of revealing all of my purchases to a security guard at the exit who is confirming my receipt, AFTER waiting way too long in line for the ONE CASHIER ACTUALLY WORKING vs the 4 standing up there chatting⦠This is not airport security (which is a lot quicker in my experience) The entire time I was in the store the clothing tag alarms were beeping and making noise. Packages are all open and missing items. I am sure those people didnāt put those items in a bag at the register. This Ross is not even the cheapest in the area. All the beeping and whoop whoop whooping of the alarms added to my irritability I acknowledge. So why not pay attention to something better than my bag which you can clearly see was just filled 6 feet in front of you. I forgot why I do not come to this store despite the convenience of the locationā¦...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf i could rate the stores stock alone then id give them 5 stars. i have been coming tk this ross since i was 15 years old (25 now), and these two employees are the reason i wont be anymore theres this older loss prevention guy and some other female employee thats have never been polite to me. No saying drinks arent allowed. No saying that i cant have the drink / yet the VERY NEXT people to walk in get this -and i quote- oh im so sorry mam but we cannot allow drinks in the store.ā So you stalk me-i.e accuse me of being a theif and have absolutely no customer service woth me-psh⦠i have been coming here for 10 years but these two have made me so reason that i wont be coming anymore. These two alone are the reason my rating is 1 star....
