Copilot recent changed locations in downtown Waukesha. This is a small place, now located on an angular corner. To me the new space feels both more intimate, but very bright, probably due to the almost wrap-around windows. The staff was friendly, but a little low on the energy scale.

Ordered a London Fog and a Coffee Cake Muffin. Asked for drink in a mug, but they missed that part and I got it in a paper cup. Also, the muffin got way over-nuked in the microwave, and was mess from all the melted brown sugar. Not an overall great experience.

A little disappointed in the lack the other bakery items. All they had was muffins. No scones, coffees or bars. And the service was kind of mediocre. Several other coffee choices in the areas, so not likely to come back here.

First time here since they changed ownership. There are numerous other coffee shops in this area, so it's an effort if any one of them wants to stand out.

It wasn't too busy, so we were able to order right away. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We ordered a couple of beverages and food items. The London Fog Latte was done exactly as I like it, with lavender, vanilla and extra foam. The Yogurt Parfait was a good portion with fresh fruit. I like the fact that you used plain yogurt and then get to add sweet toppings. The GF Muffin was good, but not great. A little too dense for me, but I also realize that it's a challenge with regular flour.

Lots of places to sit, both in the front and rear areas. Lots of table space and nice for study groups. It's spacious, but not as coffee shop comfy as I prefer.

Nice, but would not be my first choice for a Downtown Waukesha...

I just recently started going here when I found you guys had matcha, very excited to find out that its actually good matcha and consistently good as well. However, this morning the interaction I had made me uncomfortable. I understand that I have a quiet voice that I myself can't really tell. But I definitely said an ice matcha latte with brown sugar, she didn't hear the matcha part which again I apologize, I know I have a quiet voice and I hate to waste product because I also work in food service. I know it can be annoying to have do remake things. But it does happen whether or not its the employees or customers fault. She made a brown sugar latte and I apologized and said I asked for a matcha, she was very short with me and told me I said brown sugar only. She made the matcha handed it to me and didn't bother to listen to my apology. She was clearly angry and that was very off-putting. I still want to go to you guys for matcha, but I just hope I don't have that type of...

I am a sucker for local coffee shops and definitely go out of my way to support them. I did a simple google search and noticed Copilot Coffee, which I wasn’t familiar with. I am DEF glad I stopped in!! I ordered an English Toffee latte (made w/oat milk) and I can definitely say it was the best I’ve had in some time.

I also ordered the Smashed Chipotle Chickpea Wrap w/dill broccoli slaw (no tomato) UNBELIEVABLE! The perfect amount of heat and packed full of flavor! It was absolutely delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The ambiance was nice and everyone I dealt with seemed really friendly and kind.
