I ordered an Americano. Had to ask when receiving my drink if the drink was correct because I didn't see the expected dark espresso look. The employee said "yes, why what's wrong", my reply "usually it looks fairly dark on the bottom then has everything else added in." They then said "yep that's the Americano. One shot of espresso and water." When I reminded them that the Americano was two shots of espresso they replied "that's how I was taught, one-to-one water espresso." Fortunately they were more than willing to correct it by adding the extra shot that was left out, which was included with my drink.
The reason for my harsh review is because it's clear that the ownership and/or management has instructed employees to cut down on ingredients which Dunkin's states are required to make their drinks, inorder to save on expenses. I have had a lot of Dunkin's coffee drinks before; a lot on the East Coast, Florida, and other states I've traveled throughout the Midwest. I've visited this location a couple of times and have noticed the drinks don't taste right compared to the Dunkin's taste I have gotten to know.
If you order from this location expect more watered down and syrup-flavor compensated drinks rather than coffee flavor. Do Not order from this location until a regional office has had a chance to audit how they make their drinks.
To the employees, I trust you're doing your best with what you've been taught, thank you. Please also research a little about how the Dunkin's drinks are made according to...
Read moreWorst experience I've had at a Dunkin unfortunately. Went inside to order, waiting a little while due to only one staff member and drive thru needed help, which understandable. Though after we ordered we waited at least 25min for 2 drinks with no other customers inside or drive thru. The employee working was on a personal phone call for a while, when my boyfriend went up to see when our drinks would be finished. Before he asked, he was asked if he needed anything. To which he then asked about our drinks. Employee was confused then said how she forgot about them. Had to re-tell our order. She was still on a personal phone call and one drive through customers came thru during this time. So we then had to wait longer for our drinks to be made. My drink tasted off and made me feel nauseous after drinking a few sips, so I did not continue drinking it. I'm not sure if the product was bad or my drink was made with regular milk instead of almond like told 2x and was extra charged for. Dining area was also dirty. For the price that was paid for a specialty drink and time wasted, I could have got a better quality drink in a fraction of time at a...
Read moreSo, my fiance wanted donuts and so we tried this place. Never went into a dunkin donuts before. We walk in and the employee was on the phone (I dont know if it was personal or not). Anyway, it was a minute or two before he took our order. They didn't have the donuts my fiance wanted, but he got 2 different ones. I don't remember what ones though. Anyway, i ordered the belgium waffle with no cheese or bacon, a bagel with cream cheese, and we decided to get some hash browns. We were disappointed. First, the hash browns were seasoned way too much. Ew. Second, the bagel was almost burnt. It was a bit hard and I got one little thing of cream cheese. Come on now, you have to have plenty of cream cheese for a bagel. Third, was the Belgium waffle. I opened up the wrapper and got a laugh out of it. The waffle was flimsy. Not crisp or anything. I made the waffle wiggle in my hand. It wasn't bad, but I expected more from it. Lastly, one of the chocolate donuts my fiance ordered, was way too chocolatey. He couldn't finish it. All in all, Dunkin Donuts is not a...
