I worked at a Jimmy John's for 6 years. Jimmy John's is about efficiency, speed, and customer service.

I have ordered from this Jimmy John's for over 4 years. I have never had a pleasant experience.

This store has lacked all things that Jimmy John's prides themselves in.

Today, I ordered 2 sandwiches and 50 minutes after I placed the order, the app still says it is at the store. I call and there is no customer service. There is no apologies... only excuses. "With the snow, we are slammed". I have been a driver during a blizzard. Even then the longest someone waited was 45 minutes. When we are experiencing a slower delivery time, we call the people and let them know, often giving them a credit to their account or free sides. None of that happened. It is now over an hour and my delivery has left the store with another delivery ahead of me.

Jimmy John's, get it together. I love Jimmy John's and WILL NOT be going to this store ever again. I would rather get a less delicious sub from another company than deal with these idiots.

My food was delivered an hour and fifteen minutes after I ordered it. My sandwich had obviously been sitting in a cooler as the bottom bread was soggy, the ridge soggy and torn, and the top bred cold and rock hard, almost stale. Inexcusable. Get...

I've never in my life dealt with such AWFUL customer service before. We've gotten subs with them before always about a hour late with delivery. This 1 time took the cake though. We ordered 2 meals and 1 hour went past...We heard nothing then called they said "he never left yet, he will leave in 15 mins while giggling then just hung up. We waited another 45 minutes and called back again. He said "we delivered it at your door* I said no one has been here or at our door and blinds/windows were open. we would of heard that and course there was no food outside. He said "well that's not our problem.. giggling then hung up" my wife and I called back getting seriously frustrated he continued laughing saying "I don't know what you want me to do.. your food was delivered laughing" then just hung up on us again. I called back another few times and he just kept hanging up. I was so eager so go in there and blow up a storm but I held it in. This was our story. I never in my life have been treated so unfairly, alot should be understood by the horrible reviews others have left at this location on Google.

If you’re a huge fan of waiting over an hour for delivery have I got the establishment for you! No matter the time, morning, day, or night. This JJ’s will give you beautiful consistency. Up to at least an hour of waiting on any and every order you make! Monday-Sunday this jj’s will have every pizza and hot food establishment quaking in their boots by matching their wait times on cooked food! No seriously tho this jimmy John’s is actual garbage. Once you place an order don’t expect for your food to be out for delivery for at least 30-40 minutes and then wait an addition 20-30 just for them to get the sub to you. I cannot wait for the day someone gets food poisoning because this jj’s decides they can warm up your food for you by making you wait an hour! Lol DOOR DASH gets me food from Olive Garden faster than this JJ’s...
