North Pillar Brewing Co. absolutely knocked it out of the park for our event! From start to finish, Braden, Ethan, Griffin, and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were incredibly accommodating, lightning-fast responsive, and brought so much enthusiasm that it felt like they were just as excited as we were! Great brewery in downtown Waukesha with a solid rotating beer lineup and plenty of ample seating both inside the brewery as well as on the patio. Brewery was very clean and aesthetically pleasing, also located in the site of an old brewery from the 1800s, so it’s got a neat historical aspect to it as well. They also feature food trucks several days a week. I’m writing this review as I’m enjoying On The Rind (pineapple cinnamon hard seltzer), plus empanadas from Dahlia’s Bistro food truck. I’ve been drinking beer a long time ,so you could say I am somewhat of an expert. All their beer at North Pillar is excellently crafted. My bud Keith loves the "Forward Pass” which is named after the first pass thrown in a football game right here at Carrol College.And it’s not just the beer but the friendly brewers Braden made quite an impression on us upon our first visit and has the knowledge behind the beer.Stop in sometime you won’t be disappointed.
