Waukesha Evolution — Restaurant in Waukesha

This bar is sketch. It's really a shame because it's a nice place, good atmosphere and lots of space. Unfortunately some of the workers there are shady. My friends and I were there Friday night, almost all night. Buying drinks. I bought 2 drinks $16 cash plus tip. Then two rounds totaling an additional 4 crown apple and cranberry drinks each time I check out it was $16.00 which is 2 $8 drinks paid with card and tipped. Totally fine. My friends bought two rounds. So at this point we are at 8 drinks purchased. My friend had just ordered a rum and Pepsi, she went to play pool. I stepped up to the bar, watching the table. Bar back came and grabbed her 3/4th full drink and partial off the table and dumped it, I said put it back and he didnt listen. I told a bartender, really small girl short dark hair what happened. I told her I needed two more drinks of crown, and I needed to replace the one just dumped and that he needs to be told not to take drinks of tables that are still occupied. Our coats were there. He knew and I was watching. What does she do? She makes two crown apples. Gives them to me, brings the iPad for me to sign. I sign and see its $39.00 the chick walks away. So I just ordered 3 drinks. I got two drinks. And the paid enough for 5 drinks??? Shady place. I told the owner. He comped a drink and I still purchased after in cash. He didnt really listen and more should have been done with what I paid wrongly. If you need to run tabs up and dump drinks to make more money then you might as well close the doors. I'm sure they take advantage of a lot of people. We wont be back. Hope my $40 one time was worth the $160 + we would have dropped there a night on the regular. Watch your tabs,...

The worst service if I’ve ever received at a bar in Waukesha. My small group of friends waited for at least 30 minutes and received no service. There were two bartenders on and the bar was not by any means busy. Multiple people of our group were waiting at the bar, credit card in hand attempting to get either bartenders attention. Not one of us received any type of service this entire time. We left due to not getting attention of any employee. On the way out, I said to the bouncer “it would be nice if bartenders would be willing to serve” and he responded with “well, that’s not my job.” I would never return here or suggest anyone to waste money...

I’ve been a regular here for months. Joey, the owner, is always so kind. He doesn’t tolerate any kind of hate speech which makes the environment so much more welcoming. Honestly my favorite bar in the area. I always feel welcome and like my purchases are appreciated. Bartenders are always friendly as well. Well priced, especially for the area. 10/10 would recommend making a stop here for drinks, pool, darts, and...
