Zappi's Pizza — Restaurant in Waukesha

Negative stars if I could rate this place. We do a lot of food delivery for our work luncheons and this never heard about local pizza joint was on Seamless (the food delivery app) and it was listed as a newly added business with a promo of $5 off first order. Normally, we pay for delivery with all food service companies...but this time I chose pickup because I had another errand to run on that side of Waukesha. After google maps circled me around and around a huge warehouse..I decided to call to get help. After all, the email confirmation that I got from Seamless was to call when I arrived so they could bring out all of the pizzas we ordered. I pulled up their google business listing and hit "call" on my device....ERROR CODE BLAH BLAH BLAH. soooo a disconnected number. Great!!! I was really hoping to come back with pizzas for staff...I failed and everyone was hungry and grumpy the rest of the afternoon. Bunk business...and I'll never use Seamless again. I called their customer care after such a hassle and they sent me a 10% off next order promo code....

Places order and paid online for delivery to local hotel. After 90 min and no order I called. Talked to guy said my order was canceled do to no one picking it up. I said I chose delivery. They dont deliver themselves which their website didnt state ,they use a third party to deliver. I asked if my card was refunded, the manager said he would check then hung up on me.
