I've been waiting for a coffee shop of this caliber downtown Wausau for quite some time now. I tried an espresso shot, a latte, a cup of drip coffee, and took multiple varieties of beans home to brew on my own, and they were all fantastic. I love seeing the roaster on-site, and experiencing the palette of flavors they're establishing in the various roasts.
