Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Wauseon

I have been eating pizza from Marco's for over 43 years starting with the 3rd pizza ever served by the original owner and founder. I stopped in at the grand opening in Oregon, Ohio on the corner of Starr and Wheelng at the original pizza place n the summer of 1978 on my way home from work after a night shift with overtime and happened to be driving by a around lunchtime. I lived a couple of blocks away and enjoyed the pizza so much, I had Marco's pizza almost every other day that summer and weekly since. I have ordered from Marcos at my address for delivery for almost 20 years. I just called and was told that they do not deliver here anymore. The manager came on the phone and told me that she had been there for several years and that they had never delivered past county road K which is a lie. I have family that lives near and in the house next to me that has ordered and had Marcos delivered for many years. To be lied to and told that's changed and been that way for years is awful! Then, the manager asked me if I wanted to make an order for carryout but if not she had other orders to take. For all the years I have eaten there and to be treated that way...

We order from this Marco's frequently I have never had an issue with the food or employees, tonight we ordered our usual and it was awful, so greasy and burnt. I called to let them know and the manager told me basically, I got what I ordered. I always order our pizza well done, if I don't it is doughy and undercooked. I was told by the manager that every pizza cooked "well done" was like this, burnt and greasy? I have never had that experience and now I have a huge grease stain on the seat of my truck.
