Waited over 20 minutes for a single meal with no explanation or apology. I finally asked for a refund since I was on a time limit. Manager Ashley lost it! She was overstressed and became angry. I left without my food or refund figuring I could deal with a higher up manager the next day. However, Ashley proceeded to follow me out of the building and stood behind my vehicle while complaining to her “boss” just because I asked for a refund. I asked her if I needed to call the cops or if she was going to move away from my vehicle. This behavior is unacceptable and unsafe! I tried reaching out to the district manager but never heard back.
