My new location!!! Everything about this one is fantastic,fresh and friendly staff !!! Bill-GM and his staff have wonderful customer service best location in the city ! I've never experienced such fresh food from panera like I have at this location š.. yes they all have fresh food but for some reason this location has been extremely fresh and delicious, I'm a creature of habit so I get my coffee breakfast sandwich,blueberry muffin and if I'm in for lunch I grab a grilled cheese ,a tea and I bounce between 3 of the soups Chicken with wild rice,chicken noodle or broccoli and cheese a choice that don't disappoint!!! And chocolate chip šŖ cookies are to die for - did I mention the coffee is always fresh and with the unlimited sip club membership you can have unlimited drinks of soda, hot coffee,ice coffee,hot or cold tea as well as lemonade...overall panera is a great place to sit and eat with the family or friends and just as peaceful to have a meeting!! I hope you'll enjoy this new location as much as myself and my kids...give it a try you will not be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI donāt usually leave reviews, but after the third time Panera Bread has messed up my order, Iāve had enough. I keep giving this place chances, hoping it was just a one-time mistake, but clearly accuracy and attention to detail are not a priority.
Each time, Iāve either received the wrong item entirely, had missing ingredients, or gotten something I didnāt even order. Whether it's the wrong sandwich, missing soup, or a completely botched customization, itās always somethingāand it's incredibly frustrating, especially when youāre paying premium prices for what should be a simple, healthy meal.
To make it worse, thereās little accountability. No real apology, no offer to make it right, just a āweāll let the team know.ā Thatās not good enough when this keeps happening.

I went through the drive through and after I said I was placing an order I got a big sigh of annoyance from Jessie the cashier⦠I confronted her in regards to the issue & got another individual saying āis there a problemā in a passive way & then a āwe werenāt talking to youā yet again.
Iām sorry I was there in a drive through 1 1/2 hours before you close.. this is your job if you donāt want to do that job with simple respect donāt work there..
Iād be fine if you got upset if I showed up 10 min before you close then ya Iād look like an a hole but man 1 & 1:2 hours cmon now.
Iām in customer service and I get it but man.. Iām just a single momma hungry with a sleepy child....
