Store # 54197– Rachelle the only worker there today, told me at 11:14 a cst she need to take her break so could not take my order. To come back at 11:30a cst. When I got back she “ play” clean the counters for another 10 minutes before she started to take orders ( some customers behind me start to leave at this point) . Got over charged for the same drink I buy every single day cause they wanna ring it in incorrectly to get more money for their selves then when I confronted em about it one of the workers wanted to get slick and talk back.
