This restaurant has recently undergone a change in management ( I believe), and it shows. The service and food preparation are now top-notch, but there are a few areas that could still be improved.
The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the new flooring in the dining area. It has a sticky film on it that makes it feel like you're walking on a dirty movie theater floor. I'm not sure if the floor needs to be mopped more often, or if there is something else causing the stickiness. But whatever the reason, it's definitely not a good look. It gives the impression that the restaurant is not clean, which could turn off potential customers.
The second issue I have is with the portion sizes. They seem to have gotten smaller in recent months, but the prices have not. This is a bit disappointing, especially considering the quality of the food is still top-notch.
Overall, I think this restaurant has made some great improvements since the change in management. However, there are still a few areas that could be improved. If the sticky floor and the portion sizes were addressed, I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.
Specifically, I would recommend the following:
Have the dining area floor cleaned more frequently to remove the sticky film.
Increase the portion sizes to match the current prices.
I believe that these changes would make this restaurant even better than...
Read morePedestrians not welcome! It's been years since I've stepped inside this Wendy's. I work in the neighborhood and don't have a car. Literally every time I walk over here (after checking online to make sure you're open) I find a locked door. What's really rich is how many of your employees I see riding the bus home. What's it like working somewhere you know you're definitely not welcome as a customer? I walked over at 10am this fine Saturday morning and there's one huge truck in the first parking spot, a man staring out from the entry and nobody else around. By the time I get to the locked door the man has disappeared into the back. So I go to Aldi for some muffins (you're literally shoving customers into their door and out of yours by the way) and as I'm walking back from Aldi I see another discouraged pedestrian walking away hungry and a disgruntled door dasher raging about why she should have to go wait in the drive thru line instead of going inside. If you cant have more than one working in this store at 10am on a Saturday without hurting profitability your model sucks and you should just close. Take that tacky ass plastic sign you've zip tied to a tree (literally the trashiest form or advertisement) and instead of "breakfast at 6:30 daily" make it say something honest like "Pedestrians not welcome here. Drive thru...
Read moreI was sitting in drive thru, next in line to order at 3:40p.m on Thursday October 7,2021, when a lady whom was the manager came outside and put a sign on the speaker intercom, when I yelled out my window to ask her what her sign say, she stated, "I'm closing the drive-thru until 5p.m until her next staff come in to work." SMH,and really don't make sense but, I drove off. Month of August 2021, @ 8;30p.m. I've visited this same location, the menu board had no lights, young girl came on the intercom she said, " Welcome to Wendy's can I take your order, I started ordering, then I said HELLO, HELLO, she never responded, Another guy that was in the same line pulled out of line, drove back around and said, "They Closed", when online it clearly state closing is at 11p.m, I couldn't believe they actually closed, turned off all inside lights and didn't say anything to the customers that was also waiting in line. I waited in the line for 20min, LITERALLY... I don't know who's managing this location, but obviously they don't want to work, and really shouldn't have the position she's in. I wouldn't give not one star, for this location if it was up to me. I will NOT visit this location EVER AGAIN. I will contact corporate, and looking at the other reviews, it looks as if the Health Department need to do a pop...
