Let me first state that i am one of those hard to please customers and if i food or service is horrible i rant, if its average i say nothing and when its great yep...i rant. We were greeted with a smile and genuine welcome as we opened the door. By kierra hall and dawnique lee. I just had a horibble morning dealing with pre judgemental doctor. Xrays, lots of pain, disaapointment and disgust with humanitys lack of compassion. As we all do. And to walk in and have my hope restoredby these two ladies was more than they know. We all get self absorbed in our life as im sure these ladies had plenty of things in their day also but they pushed through it and made my day. The resturant was clean the food was hot and on time. However if the food had been cold and late i would not have cared because they were a true blessing to me and my husband. Thank you both your deed a service did not go unnoticed or un appreciated keep pushing through even when people are mean and nasty .you just dont know whos life you may touch. You would think Capt D’s is paying her millions- the way she behaved about a senior meal and tartar sauce. For context, I ate in the restaurant with my friend and asked for a packet is tartar sauce to- go and she refused, stating that their truck was late and it was only being given to drive thru customers, which was BS. The truck begin late is for one, not my problem. I am a paying customer. Now, let me tell you why Cherry/Sherry was really pissed. My friend and I were ordering food and my friend requested the senior meal. Cherry/Sherry responds with “oh honey she’s not old enough for that”- referring to me, BUT my friend is indeed old enough. So Cherry/Sherry had to give her the meal and for some reason that pissed her off. 😂 Like Capt D’s is still going to pay you minimal wage, but you acting like your salary is affected for giving someone a senior discount. Do better- and whoever is her boss, please give her a customer service refresher and let her know it’s not...
Read more1st time the manager was there, it was amazing. The 2nd time I didn’t see that specific manager, they decided to put everything in a to go box making our $30 feast a $2.00 feast. She asked me 3 times, literally 3 times to stay or to go... to stay !!!
They served us in to go boxes !!! Along with her attitude. I was shocked. Only one girl was pleasant.
The white girl kept starring at my husband so my husband was starring back. The bathroom was disgusting!
When the manager was there, it was the complete opposite service. I’m never going back.
Shrimp was COLD. And she said we was going to get a loaded backed potato, we didn’t. She looked confused taking my order but I had a coupon.
Horrible experience. I was planning to make that my SPOT but not after the way we was treated.
An all black family had the same exact coupon and ate on platters ! We are a multi racial family.
